Post Responsibility:

1、proficient in the production technology of baking products and have a deep understanding and application of  custard sauce.

2、Familiar with the ingredients and properties of salad sauce, custard sauce, jam and pastry sauce, sensitive to flavor；

     Be familiar with the compounding, production process and equipment experience of custard sauce.

3、Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, rigorous and honest.

4、Cooperation consciousness of team ,good practical ability and communication skills.

Job Specification:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in food science and engineering, production technology management is preferred.

2、At least 5 years research and development experience in salad dressing, custard dressing, jam and pastry sauce, have the creativity of product development.
